Do you do custom coasters?

We currently are unable to accommodate custom orders for coasters. 


How long will it take for my order to process?

Please allow 2-3 days for stock orders to be processed. Orders with custom* pieces will be processed and shipped out within 2 weeks. *Some custom orders are available for expedited processing. Please see item details.

Can I track my order? 

Yes! All orders ship via USPS and include package tracking information.


Do you ship to addresses outside the United States? 

Currently we are only able to ship to addresses within the U.S. We are working on being able to serve all of our customers across the globe.

Regular online items.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to refund you for your purchase. Send the unused, undamaged items back to us within 14 days of receiving your order, and we will process your refund.*
